SERVICE/DELIVERY TERMS |

Safetoes standard service will be despatch on a next day delivery.

Orders will be sent Via DHL Express, using a tracking system.

All orders received by 12pm (Midday) will despatched the same day
-
Orders over 10 pairs will be delivered Free of Charge
-
Orders under 10 pairs will incur £5.00 + VAT delivery charge.

Bulk orders over 120 pairs will be sent via a 3-day pallet service.
-
Written proof of delivery will be charged at £2.50 (up to 90 Days of despatch). From 4-6 months the charge will be £5.00 per consignment.

Safetoes will insure all goods in transit only to our customers, until the company has received them.

Orders sent to areas applicable to congestion charging will be applicable to an extra charge of £0.50 per carton.

As within Safetoes Limited general terms and conditions, part orders will be sent when stock is available, unless otherwise requested.
- Safetoes Limited will not be held responsible for any loss or claim, for not wearing Safety Footwear under the Health and Safety at Work Act.

RETURNS/CREDITS |

Please ensure all returns are sent via recorded Delivery.

All returns will be at the expense of the customer, whether for exchange or refund.

Product Size Exchanges will only be replaced with the alternative requested size, to the same value of goods only.

All products returned for size or stock exchanges must be returned in its original unworn condition. Damaged Packaging will result in a 10% re-boxing fee being charged.

Distributor Stock exchanges must be agreed prior to returning, and will be made at the expense of the Distributor for all carriage charges.

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing fault only, within Reasonable Wear and Tear.

Any Goods returned with a suspected fault will be individually inspected and replaced or repaired Free of Charge within 6 months from date of purchase.
